The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay is a refreshing and idyllic breakfast getaway. Here, you can spend quiet time
with family, laugh with friends, or meet with colleagues, over a hearty breakfast - a three course set menu to be
enjoyed exclusively at our Breakfast Salon.
Begin with a healthy indulgence of any one of our signature yogurt starters such as our Seasonal Four Berry Yogurt,
made with fresh mulberries harvested from our own tree, mixed with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, and
topped with a generous serving of homemade toasted granola, and a sprinkling of muscovado.
Then move on to a favorite classic savory entrée… Eggs Hemingway- thick slices of King Salmon and properly cooked
organic eggs, served on a whole wheat muffin, and topped off with a rich Hollandaise sauce, with a side of salad greens
sourced from nearby local farms.
Then end with a tempting sweet delight- like our Butter Poached Gala Apples with a quenelle of cream cheese and puff pastry.
All the dishes are prepared a la minute by our Resident Chef. And there will always be unlimited beverage service
for our artisanal coffee, premium teas, and seasonal fruit juices.
